The LMI app
Your house, in your hand.
The LMI app shows you your house and lets you change what needs changing: lights, locks, the water main, the house's modes, and every alert with what the house already did about it. At home it talks to the house directly. Away, it goes through LMI's encrypted relay. No account, and nothing about your house in anybody's cloud.
It's in beta on Apple's TestFlight for iPhone and iPad (iOS 27 or later).
No LMI house yet?
Tap Try the demo house on the app's first screen. It pairs your phone with our sample home, running live on our server with simulated devices, for a day. Then open the Live House on a computer, flood the laundry, and watch your phone.
Pairing with a real house
A house makes its own pairing codes. The owner shows you a QR code, you scan it with the app, and your phone gets a key from the house itself. The key never leaves your phone, and the owner can take it back at any time.
